Return Policy
It's important for us for you to be satisfied with the jewelry purchased. If for any reason the product is not your satisfaction, we will refund the money paid. We offer our customers 14-day returns.
The return is carried out on the basis of the Minister of Economy of the Republic of Lithuania in 2001 August 17 Order No 258 approved "Rules for the sale of goods and provision of services when contracts are made using communication facilities" in accordance with the established procedure and in 2013 December 19 the Civil Code Code of Amending and Supplementing the Law no. XII-700. Goods may be returned within 14 days from the date of their receipt, only in the original packaging and with the certificate of the Lithuanian Assay Office (it has to be not torn off).
If for any reason you are not satisfied with the product purchased, you can return the purchased item within 14 days of receiving the item and we will refund you the money. The money is returned within three business days after our quality professional examines the product and is convinced that the item is intact. Please note that the used, worn, modified, altered or damaged goods are not accepted. It is necessary to have a return code, return the original packaging, quality certificate and keep the labels intact. Custom-made goods are not refundable.
To ensure safe return on shipping, do not provide "jewelry" or words that could deliver the content or value of the item.
