Return Policy
Your satisfaction with your purchased jewelry is important to us. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the product, we will refund the amount paid. Customers who purchase online are entitled to a 14-day return period.
Returns are carried out in accordance with the procedure established by Order No. 258 of the Minister of Economy of the Republic of Lithuania dated August 17, 2001, approving the “Rules on the Sale of Goods and Provision of Services When Contracts Are Concluded Using Means of Communication,” as well as the amendment and supplementation of the Civil Code dated December 19, 2013 (Law No. XII-700). Products may be returned within 14 days from the date of receipt, only in their original packaging and with the Lithuanian Assay Office certificate attached and intact, as well as the product label.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with the purchased product, you may return it within 14 days from the date of receipt and we will refund your money. The refund will be issued within three business days after our quality specialist inspects the product and confirms that it has not been damaged. Please note that worn, modified, altered, or damaged products are not accepted for return. It is mandatory to complete the return form and return the original packaging, quality certificate, and intact labels. Products made to individual order are non-returnable.
You may return undamaged products at your own expense to the LP Express/Omniva parcel locker at Vilnius Akropolis Shopping Centre, Ozo g. 25:

or deliver the products to our salons located in the Akropolis shopping centres in Vilnius, Kaunas, or Klaipėda. When returning products to a salon, please present your order confirmation or email.
Cash on Delivery (COD) administration and service fees are non-refundable.
Please note that products purchased in physical stores or made to individual order are not exchangeable or returnable in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania. Gift vouchers are non-returnable and non-extendable. When returning products purchased using a gift voucher, the gift voucher and any additional payment, if applicable, will be refunded.
