Delivery within Lithuania
Products ordered from Auksosala.lt are delivered in two ways via LP Express and Omniva services. You can collect your order from any LP Express or Omniva parcel terminal across Lithuania. During checkout, select LP Express or Omniva as the courier, choose the nearest self-service terminal, and within a couple of days you will receive an SMS with PIN codes to collect your parcel.
You can also choose home delivery. In this case, on the day of delivery the courier will contact you 15–30 minutes in advance to agree on a convenient delivery time.

International delivery
Products ordered from Auksosala.lt are delivered door-to-door worldwide using DHL OnDemand services and DPD Economy couriers.
With Economy shipping, delivery takes 4–7 business days from the receipt of payment and order preparation. With Express shipping, delivery takes 1–3 business days. Order preparation usually takes 1–3 business days; if the item needs to be manufactured, preparation may take up to 5 business days. In some cases, delivery may take longer.
Before delivery, a DHL or DPD courier will contact you to arrange the delivery date and time. The order will be delivered to the address provided in your order. If you wish the parcel to be handed over to a specific person or need to change the delivery date or time, you can manage everything via the DHL OnDemand or DPD management system. You will receive an email or SMS with an active link to the shipment management platform.
This convenient system allows you not only to view the estimated delivery time and address, but also to modify the details. You can choose delivery to a neighbor or to the nearest parcel pickup point. For travelers, there is also a “vacation mode” option, which redirects the parcel to the nearest storage facility, where it can be held for up to two weeks.
