Delivery of goods in Lithuania

The goods ordered at Auksosala.lt are delivered from door to door throughout the territory of the Republic of Lithuania by using DHL OnDemand carrier services.

Goods are delivered within 3-7 business days from the date of receipt of the payment and the order preparation date by choosing the Economy transfer. By choosing the Express shipping method, the goods will be delivered within 1-2 business days. Preparation of the product (dispatch time) usually takes 1-3 business days, if the order needs to be made, the preparation time can take up to 5 days. In individual cases, delivery of goods may take longer.

Before delivery, DHL courier will contact you for delivery time and date. Items will be delivered to the address indicated on your order. If you want goods delivered to a particular person or you want to change the time and date of delivery, you will be able to control everything in the DHL OnDemand administration system. You will receive an e-mail or a message with an active link to that system. The convenient system not only allows you to see the expected delivery time and address but also to adjust the information. You will also be able to choose delivery to your neighbors or to the nearest point of departure, and it is convenient for travelers to enter the "vacation mode", i.e. direct the courier to the nearest storage area, where the goods arrive can go down for up to two weeks.

Ordered and delivered goods from auksosala.lt are packed in a special jewelry box for free. All goods sold and delivered by auksosala.lt are insured by the seller, so you can be sure that the products will reach you safely.

Delivery of goods outside of Lithuania

The goods ordered at Auksosala.lt are delivered from door to door worldwide by using DHL OnDemand carrier services.

Picking up goods at LP Express terminals

You can pick up goods at LP Express post terminals across Lithuania the next day after dispatch! At checkout just choose LP Express as a carrier for your order, choose nearest post terminal location and the next day you will get an SMS with your own PIN code.
